Xochilt is an associate attorney at Gourjian Law Group, P.C. She received her J.D. from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law. During law school Xochilt was a judicial extern for the Presiding Judge’s Department and the Appellate Division at the San Francisco Superior Court. Xochilt also served as the Executive Symposium Editor for the Hastings Women’s Law Journal and was also co-chair and board member of multiple law student organizations.

Since law school, Xochilt’s law practice has focused primarily on general business matters, cannabis licensing, and general civil litigation.

Xochilt was born and raised in Los Angeles, California. During her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, hiking, and attending sporting events and concerts.
