Tara Kamians

Tara Karamians is an associate attorney at Gourjian Law, where she focuses on both litigation and transactional matters in business and real estate law. She earned her Juris Doctorate from Chapman University Fowler School of Law, along with a certificate in Entertainment Law. Tara also holds a B.S. degree in Business Administration with an option in Business Lawfrom California State University, Northridge, where she double minored in Management and Marketing. Since joining the firm in 2022, she has represented clients in complex business and real estate disputes, while providing strategic counsel on business formations, real estate transactions, and corporate governance for several Los Angeles-based businesses.

Before joining Gourjian Law, Tara spent nearly two years at an employment law firm, handling plaintiff’s claims, and has also briefly practiced personal injury law. This diverse background gives her a well-rounded perspective that enhances her approach to the legal challenges her clients face. Tara is dedicated to delivering tailored legal solutions and effective representation across both litigation and transactional matters.

Outside of practicing law, Tara enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, reading books, hosting gatherings, and painting.
